All commercial roofing projects need accurate site information to perform a proper solution building process.  Wall details, drainage sizes or conditions, structural layout, decking type or condition, safety plans, etc.  That means someone has to spend the time and all of the associated costs to get the process done AND do it properly.  

There are a lot of costs associated with the commercial roof inspection process: travel time (Hours/days), travel costs (Vehicle, fuel, tolls, flights, hotels), risk and liability protection(Health and Comp Insurance), technology and training (Photos, recording methods, detail gathering), information systems, etc.  With CRIS, you get one simple quote for service in place of all of these costs and other considerations.  Add in an information partner on the project for the duration, and it's a no brainer!

Each project is priced individually due to the various moving parts that affect a project that include but are not limited to: square footage, site access, location, site requirements, building complexity, invasive evaluation needs (Number of roof composition cores needed), etc.

Unfortunately we only market and perform in the commercial roofing space at this time.  

While all projects are unique, our payment terms are very straight forward.  Payment is by check or through our website via credit or debit card ACH payment.  Terms are agreed upon per customer.  Payment terms may vary.

All buildings and projects are unique.  And we try to be as sensitive to needs and timelines whenever possible.  Your photos are available in REAL TIME while we are at your project site.  You can reference them at any time through our internet based photo collection partner.  Our goal is to get the technical site information to you within 48 hours of site inspection pending project scope, location and size.
